To benefit from this municipal subsidy, adult residents of Bassens must meet several conditions. The electric-assist bicycle must be approved, equipped with non-removable lighting, a luggage rack, a mudguard, and a kickstand. Electric mountain bikes and racing bikes are not eligible.
The subsidy is limited to two beneficiaries per household. Applications must be submitted within three months of the purchase date indicated on the invoice.
To apply for the subsidy, citizens must provide the Town Hall with proof of identity, proof of residence (less than three months old), the paid invoice, the technical data sheet of the purchased e-bike, and bank account details (RIB).
