Groupe SERL, specializing in programming for local authorities, is assisting the municipality of Chaponnay in analyzing and defining projects for its public infrastructure. This collaboration focuses on four key missions, reflecting the commune's population growth and the need to adapt its services.
The first mission involves the analysis of the Town Hall building and its surroundings. SPL PACTE RHÔNE, partnered with the firm ZEPPELIN, is responsible for the architectural programming for the renovation and extension of the town hall. The goal is to improve functionality, agent comfort, and public reception, while optimizing spaces and technical, energy, and environmental performance. Concurrently, an urban framing study of the town hall's surroundings is being conducted to anticipate development scenarios.
Another architectural programming study concerns the renovation of the elementary school, leisure center, and nursery, as well as their outdoor spaces. This mission will define the programmatic, energy, environmental, and functional requirements, considering the constraints of working in an occupied site and architectural quality.
Finally, the municipality has commissioned Groupe SERL for a programming mission to redevelop the Gil Laforêt sports complex. This study will analyze the site's coherence, the facilities to be renovated or supplemented, and identify the uses by sports clubs and for free practice, based on broad consultation with users.
Groupe SERL leverages its programming expertise, developed over more than ten years, to assist local authorities in realizing their projects, from defining needs to the construction phase.
