Among the resolutions adopted, DELIB 2026_22_10_1 formalizes the renewal of the CCLA's designation as co-manager of the Aiguebelette Lake National Nature Reserve. This decision underscores the ongoing commitment of the community of communes to the preservation and management of this important natural area.
Other important points were discussed, such as the awarding of the works contract for the permanent diagnosis of the CCLA's wastewater network (DELIB 2026_22_10_3). The community of communes also ruled on the compensation of the bar-café operator for loss of business due to works (DELIB 2026_22_10_4) and approved the purchase of plot A1526 in the municipality of Nances (DELIB 2026_22_10_5).
Studies on calcite production in Lake Aiguebelette and its impact on aquatic vegetation, as well as on the feasibility of modifying the lake's level regulation, were subject to funding requests (DELIB 2026_22_10_6 and DELIB 2026_22_10_7). The modification of the CCLA port regulations (DELIB 2026_22_10_8) and the granting of a subsidy for Novatrail 2026 (DELIB 2026_22_10_9) were also approved.
Finally, the CCLA validated an amendment to the SIEGA agreement for the control of non-collective sanitation facilities (DELIB 2026_22_10_10) and proceeded with the 4th modification of its general budget (DELIB 2026_22_10_11).
