A new collective work, edited by Hélène Buisson-Fenet and Régis Guyon, explores well-being at school, its individual and collective stakes.

Hélène Buisson-Fenet, a CNRS research director in sociology and member of the Triangle laboratory, and Régis Guyon, deputy director of the French Institute of Education (IFÉ), are publishing the collective work "Well-being at school: an individual or collective issue?" by ENS editions.
This collective work questions the place of well-being at school, for both students and education professionals. It analyzes the links between school climate, learning, and socio-school inequalities, as well as factors likely to promote or degrade well-being within educational institutions.
It also invites reflection on the place of well-being in educational policies and the risks of an injunction to personal fulfillment. The book explores the levers of action available to institutions and their management to improve the school climate.
Finally, it examines the role of health and its support in the feeling of well-being at school.
