The new food truck Lo&Slo, created by Rémi Crépet, has opened in Collonges-au-Mont-d’Or. It offers American-inspired cuisine, focused on slow cooking, every Tuesday at the César Paulet parking lot.

Food lovers, take note! The food truck Lo&Slo, by Rémi Crépet, meets you every Tuesday at the Parking César Paulet for a flavorful lunch break. Inspired by American barbecue traditions, Lo&Slo focuses on Low & Slow cooking: meats cooked at low temperatures for long hours.
On the menu: meats from local suppliers in the Rhône (69) and Loire (42) regions, served in trays with accompaniments (smoked butter grenaille potatoes, coleslaw…) or in delicious brioche buns. Daily specials, a vegetarian option, and homemade desserts, including the famous dark chocolate, white chocolate, and peanut cookies, are also available.
Behind Lo&Slo, Rémi Crépet launched his project nearly two years ago, following a career change. Trained at the Institut Paul Bocuse in Écully (now Lyfe), he honed his experience in several restaurants in the Lyon region and in Belgium before embarking on this culinary adventure.
The food truck is open every Tuesday from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM at the Parking César Paulet, in Collonges-au-Mont-d’Or. A new gourmet destination to discover and share.
