As All Saints' Day approaches, the City of Saint-Éloy-les-Mines is providing an update on its cemetery maintenance, highlighting the work of its technical services and the installation of a new water point for visitor comfort.

Throughout the year, the municipal technical services ensure the upkeep of the paths, walkways, and common areas of the cemetery in Saint-Éloy-les-Mines, maintaining a clean and accessible environment.
To enhance the comfort of families visiting to pay their respects, a new water point has been installed in the center of the cemetery, between aisles 19 and 21. This facility complements existing ones near the north and south entrances, making it easier to tend to graves.
The municipality reiterates that the management of public areas (paths, common spaces) is its responsibility, while the maintenance of concessions and funerary monuments falls to the families. The mayor is responsible for maintaining order and safety on the premises.
The City encourages users to report any grave posing a safety risk or any abandoned concession, so that regulatory procedures can be initiated.
Finally, a reminder is issued regarding access for motorized vehicles, which is prohibited except with prior exceptional authorization from the Town Hall. Those requiring special access should contact the Reception – Civil Status service.
