Since October 1, 2026, new regulations require the establishment of a single point of contact for all procedures related to hedges in the L'Horme area.

This system applies to farmers, local authorities, and individuals whose projects involve the destruction, relocation, or removal of a hedge located on agricultural land, a meadow, bare land, or along a road.
Owners of private gardens attached to their homes, as well as those carrying out routine maintenance such as pruning or winter trimming, are not affected by this new requirement.
All authorization requests must now be submitted through the official platform: haie.beta.gouv.fr. A simulation tool is also available to help users determine their situation.
