The Communal Social Action Centre (CCAS) of Saint-Étienne-de-Saint-Geoirs has launched its Christmas preparations for seniors, sending out 593 invitations for the meal and gift parcel distribution.

As the year-end holidays approach, the CCAS of Saint-Étienne-de-Saint-Geoirs has mobilized to organize the traditional Christmas events for the town's seniors. Late last week, Dominique Blanchet, Vice-President of the CCAS, along with several elected officials and volunteers, coordinated the mailing of invitations.
A total of 593 invitations were prepared, including 31 for residents of retirement homes. This collective effort aims to maintain moments of conviviality and care for the elderly.
Two events are scheduled: the distribution of Christmas gift parcels on Saturday, December 5th, from 9 am to 12 pm, in the town hall lobby, and the traditional Christmas meal on Saturday, December 19th, at 12 pm, in the Salle des Spectacles.
To confirm their choice between the meal and the gift parcel, a Christmas ballot box has been placed at the town hall reception desk to collect response slips.
Special thanks are extended to the elected officials and volunteers for their mobilization in preparing these warm and precious moments for the seniors.
