The inauguration was attended by Chantal COUDURIER, Mayor of Arenthon, and Pauline PLAGNAT, Vice-President of Syane responsible for territorial support and energy management. This project represents a significant step for the commune, benefiting from comprehensive technical and financial support.
Thanks to the Sy’nergies program, which includes the valorization of energy saving certificates and financial advance, the commune has secured €111,075 by the end of 2025, out of a total project cost of €695,574.62, with €312,878.05 allocated to energy-related works.
The renovated 'Coquelicot' hall will serve as a reception area for the commune's after-school and associative activities, as well as a venue for communal events. The renovation included exterior thermal insulation, replacement of windows and heating systems, installation of geothermal probes, electrical upgrades, and LED lighting.
A thermal study indicates a theoretical energy saving of 74% on primary energy. Heating will be provided by geothermal energy using two probes, each 110 meters deep.
Several Syane departments contributed to this project, offering expertise in energy consulting, the Sy'nergies renovation program, preparation for CEE valorization, Renewable Heat Contract aid, geothermal system expertise, and usage management support.
Also present were: David RATSIMBA, Vice-President of Syane for finance and public policy evaluation and Mayor of Eteaux, and Cyril PELLEVAT, Senator for the Haute-Savoie.
