A public inquiry regarding the simplified revision n°3 of the Grand Lac Intercommunal Local Urban Plan (PLUi) will take place from October 5 to November 5, 2026, inviting citizens to provide their feedback.

The project for Simplified Revision n°3 of the Intercommunal Local Urban Plan (PLUi) Grand Lac, covering all municipalities within the former CALB territory, aims for several key objectives. These include accounting for new or evolving projects related to public facilities, renewable energies, housing, and economic activities. It also seeks to secure water resources, facilitate flood risk management works, create Limited Size and Accommodation Capacity Sectors (STECAL), and correct any errors.
These updates will affect the Planning and Programming Orientations (OAP), graphic regulations (zoning), and written regulations. The public inquiry, initially scheduled for early September 2026, has been postponed and will now run from October 5, 2026, at 8:30 AM to November 5, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
During the consultation period, citizens can view the documents and submit their remarks. This can be done online via the dedicated website registre-dematerialise.fr/7410, or in paper format at the Grand Lac headquarters and in the town halls of the involved municipalities: Aix-les-Bains (Urban Planning Service at 9 avenue Victoria), Brison-Saint-Innocent, Drumettaz-Clarafond, Grésy-sur-Aix, Le Bourget du Lac, Saint-Offenge, Tresserve, Trévignin, Viviers du Lac, and Voglans.
Remarks can also be sent by postal mail to: Grand Lac – Révision Allégée n°3 du PLUi Grand Lac (ex-Calb), Commissaire enquêteur – 1500 boulevard Lepic, CS 20606, 73106 AIX LES BAINS cedex. Another option is to send an email to the dedicated address: enquete-publique-7410@registre-dematerialise.fr.
It will also be possible to meet the inquiry commissioner during consultation sessions, the detailed arrangements for which are available in the Inquiry Notice.
