As part of the construction of the 4-star tourist residence by the company Terresens in Montchavin les Coches, the rural path connecting the Observatoire square and the snowfront will be affected. A land exchange is planned to ensure the continuity of this rural path.
This exchange will take place between plots AB-273 and AB-275, owned by Terresens, and plots AB-269, AB—270, and AB 271, owned by the municipality of La Plagne Tarentaise.
The substitution works for the rural path will be carried out and financed by the operator, respecting the existing path's width and environmental quality.
In accordance with Article L 161-10-2 of the rural code, a public information session will be held from Tuesday, October 13, 2026, to Friday, November 13, 2026, at the reception of the La Plagne Tarentaise town hall, located at Place Charles de Gaulle in Aime La Plagne Cedex. Opening hours are the usual: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 12 PM and 1:30 PM to 5 PM, excluding public holidays.
The public is invited to consult the information file and submit their remarks and observations on a register provided.
Following this public information period, the land exchange will be proposed for approval by the municipal council.
