On Wednesday, October 7th, agents and elected officials from Tarentaise gathered at Antropia, a community hub in Aime, for a morning focused on the circular economy, organized by Antropia, the Tarentaise Vanoise Assembly, and the Tarentaise inter-municipal communities.

The meeting began with a tour of Antropia's premises, followed by discussions on the hub's operations. A workshop on raising awareness about the circular economy, led by SoluCir, was also offered to participants. Aurélie and Elsa, the hub's coordinators, along with Laurie, who manages Antropia's canteen, welcomed guests and presented the various ongoing projects.
This convivial morning fostered connections between agents and elected officials, strengthening the collective momentum for the circular economy in the region. Antropia, a Cooperative Society of Collective Interest (SCIC), is supported by the Communauté de communes des Versants d’Aime, other Tarentaise inter-municipal communities, and the town hall of Aime-la-Plagne, reflecting a shared commitment to a locally rooted project.
Among the concrete actions, a reuse bungalow has been operational since 2023 at the Praz waste disposal center in Valezan, allowing Antropia to collect items and give them a second life. In 2025, 6.4 tons of items were recovered there, with 50% resold. The Communauté de communes des Versants d’Aime has also financially supported projects such as Micro-Folie, a cultural outreach initiative from the Ministry of Culture, hosted within Antropia.
An event against fast fashion is scheduled for Saturday, November 21st, at Antropia. These initiatives are part of the political commitment to reduce waste production, promote resource reuse, and develop recycling, key objectives of the ADEME's Territorial Objectives Contract, to which Les Versants d’Aime is committed.
