Grand Chambéry, in partnership with the Préfecture de Savoie and the City of Chambéry, is launching a call for projects for 2027, aimed at reducing inequalities in priority neighborhoods.

The objective is to combat social disparities and improve the daily lives of residents in urban areas facing significant challenges. This call is part of the Engagements Quartiers 2030 city contract, covering the period from 2024 to 2030, signed by numerous institutional and local partners.
Local actors, including associations and municipalities, are invited to submit their projects. Selection criteria will focus on contributions to reducing inequalities, proximity to residents, coordination with local stakeholders, gender equality, combating discrimination, inclusion, ecological transition, and the financial viability of the structures.
Particular attention will be paid to integrating the 'hors-les-murs' dimension (reaching out to residents) and citizen participation in the construction, implementation, and evaluation of projects. Gender equality is an eligibility condition, with gender-specific indicators systematically associated with evaluation.
Priorities for 2027 include supporting young people, access to public services, parental support, promoting community cohesion, crime prevention, improving the living environment, and socio-professional integration. Emphasis is placed on integrating residents into the dynamics of the Jeux Alpes 2030.
Projects must be submitted via the online Dauphin platform by November 22, 2026. Project start dates cannot be before January 1, 2027. Contact points are available to assist project leaders with their administrative procedures.
