The City of Villefranche-sur-Saône welcomes new arrivals by offering them a one-year subscription to the Pierre-Mendès-France Media Library and the Paul-Dini Museum.

As part of its welcome policy, the Municipality of Villefranche-sur-Saône is offering a cultural package to new residents. Each newly settled family in the area will receive a one-year free membership to the Pierre-Mendès-France Media Library, and each adult will receive a pass to the Paul-Dini Museum. Children under 26 have free access to the media library, and those under 18 are free at the museum.
This free access is valid only once, upon the first registration, and starts from the newcomers' evening on Thursday, October 15th. The aim is to promote social inclusion, introduce municipal cultural facilities, and support the purchasing power of new residents.
The media library subscription allows borrowing 40 documents per loan and provides access to over 100 events, computer stations, and Wi-Fi. The pass for the Paul-Dini Museum offers unlimited access to both spaces of the modern and contemporary art museum, one guided tour per exhibition, and reduced rates for activities.
To benefit from this offer, new residents must have moved to Villefranche within the past year, present a valid ID and proof of address, as well as the coupon sent with the invitation to the October 15th event.
