ENTPE opens its doors on Friday, October 2nd for the Science Festival, offering workshops and meetings on chemical pollution for middle and high school students.

This year, the Science Festival celebrates scientific discovery in the Lyon Metropolis and the Rhône region from October 2nd to 12th, 2026. Researchers, companies, and experts will share their knowledge across diverse fields including literature, biodiversity, physics, history, archaeology, chemistry, and economics.
On October 2nd, ENTPE will specifically host middle and high school students for a series of workshops and meetings focused on chemical pollution. The aim is to understand the impact of human activity on the environment, exploring the origins and presence of micropollutants and plastics in our surroundings and our food.
Participants can engage in discussions on these topics during two sessions scheduled for Friday, October 2nd: from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM and from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
