An innovative concept launched on September 18th in Saint-Éloy-les-Mines with the opening of O Mana. Managed by Mélanie and Océane Thieree, this establishment merges the functions of a bar, ice cream parlor, and PMU point, with the stated goal of becoming a center for meeting and sharing within the community.
Open daily from 9 AM, except on Wednesdays, O Mana offers morning services including breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice. Throughout the day, the bar invites relaxation over drinks, complemented by charcuterie and cheese platters in a warm atmosphere.
Starting Monday, October 12th, a new culinary offering will be added: a daily special will be served each midday, prepared by Frédéric Kuntz, master restaurateur-caterer from Da Malfredo. This initiative aims to provide an additional lunch option for residents, employees, and visitors of Saint-Éloy-les-Mines.
Mélanie and Océane aim to make O Mana a lively venue year-round. Karaoke nights are planned, along with broadcasts of major sporting events. The establishment is also available for private hire for various personal or professional events, such as birthdays or corporate gatherings.
On the occasion of this opening, local officials from the City of Saint-Éloy-les-Mines visited the managers to discuss their project and discover this new local business. The municipality congratulates Mélanie and Océane Thieree for their initiative, wishing them the greatest success in this venture that enhances the range of services and conviviality offered in the town.
