An Intercommunal Land Use Commission will be established to revise the afforestation regulations across eight municipalities, including Lezoux. Landowners are invited to apply.

To revise the afforestation regulations in the municipalities of Bort-l’Etang, Lempty, Lezoux, Moissat, Peschadoires, Ravel, Saint-Jean d’Heurs, and Seychalles, an Intercommunal Land Use Commission will be formed. This initiative is in accordance with Article L.121-4 of the Rural and Maritime Fishing Code.
This commission will consist of three landowners, whether they are farmers or not, who own undeveloped property within the municipal territory. Two will be full members and one will be a substitute, elected by the Municipal Council.
Candidates must be in full possession of their civil rights, have reached the age of majority, and, subject to international agreements, be of French nationality or a national of a European Union member state.
Interested landowners are invited to submit their applications at the town hall. The deadline for submitting applications is October 26, 2026, at 5 PM.
