As part of October Rose, the annual campaign to raise awareness among women about breast cancer screening and to raise funds for research, the City of Gerzat and community associations are organizing a solidarity walk on Saturday, October 17th. The funds raised will be donated to the Jean Perrin Center in Clermont-Ferrand.
Registration, with free participation, will take place starting at 9 AM at the OMS office, located in the Georges Fustier sports complex in Gerzat. The walk is scheduled to start at 10 AM.
Two routes are offered to participants: one of 5 km and another of 10 km. These routes will traverse the natural and agricultural space of the town, notably passing over the bridge on Chemin des Charmets which spans the highway.
