To provide lasting protection for homes not yet affected by the Clay Soil Shrinkage and Swelling (RGA) phenomenon, the State is offering an Argile prevention fund. This fund can subsidize, subject to income conditions, absence of damage, and in high-risk zones, a vulnerability assessment and prevention work.
This fund is aimed at owner-occupiers of individual houses that have not yet suffered damage from this phenomenon, and are located in a high-risk area. The ADIL of Puy-de-Dôme serves as the contact point for these owners, providing them with free information and support in their procedures.
Information meetings will be held soon in the department: on Monday, October 5th at 6 PM in Lezoux, Tuesday, October 20th at 6:15 PM in Billom, and Monday, November 9th at 6:30 PM in Artonne. A webinar will also be organized in early December.
For more information, to consult the presentation flyer, the RGA risk map for Puy-de-Dôme, or to register for the meetings, owners are invited to visit the ADIL website or contact the ADIL of Puy-de-Dôme directly at 04 73 42 30 75.
