Ambert City launches its 6th edition of Ambert en Rose in October 2026, mobilizing citizens and associations in the fight against breast cancer.

Launched in 2021, the Ambert en Rose initiative has become a key event. Throughout October, the residents of Ambert are participating in the fight against breast cancer, appealing to donors' generosity and emphasizing the importance of screening.
After several editions focused on solidarity, Ambert en Rose returns in 2026 with a diverse program including cinema, sports challenges like badminton, various activities, festive evenings, and awareness campaigns.
The highlight of the event is scheduled for Saturday, October 17th at the Scierie, featuring the traditional Vague Rose (Pink Wave). This day's program includes a solidarity walk, a race, trail running, cycling, mountain biking, roller derby demonstrations by the Bat’Trackeuses, roller skating initiations, activities with Yaka Danser, a raffle, and numerous prizes.
Throughout the day, the Ambert en Rose village will host stands from associations and professionals, offering activities, meetings, and awareness actions. A refreshment stand will also be open.
For food, Les gâteaux de Coco will offer savory crepes at noon and a barbecue in the evening. The day will conclude with a disco aperitif, with or without skates, from 6 PM to 9:30 PM.
On Sunday, October 18th, a special Octobre Rose morning will take place at the Ambert Livradois Forez swimming pool in Ambert.
The solidarity proceeds from events, registrations, and sales will contribute to the overall fund of Ambert en Rose 2026, supporting the association's actions.
Ambert en Rose 2026 invites everyone to join for a month of solidarity, sharing, and conviviality.
