With the aim of modernizing and improving the living environment in the center of La Ricamarie, the municipality, in collaboration with the public land establishment EPORA, has been developing an urban renewal project for the Jean Jaurès sector for several years. This ambitious project will allow for the construction of about fifty new homes and the extension of the path leading to the Montrambert school.
The municipality is now seeking one or more property developers to carry out these constructions. The call for projects was officially launched on September 24, 2026. The selection of the chosen project team is scheduled for early 2027.
