The Forez-Est Intermunicipal Community is launching a series of public meetings to present the development of its Intermunicipal Local Urban Plan (PLUi), which will cover its 42 municipalities.

The Intermunicipal Local Urban Plan (PLUi) for the Forez-Est Intermunicipal Community is under development. This strategic document will outline the territory's planning and development project for the coming years, and its success will depend on the involvement of everyone: elected officials, residents, economic actors, associations, and institutional partners.
In this context, several public meetings are being organized across the territory to present the PLUi process. Residents are invited to attend the meeting of their choice to contribute to this initial stage.
The dates and locations for these meetings are as follows:
  • On November 3, 2026 at 7:00 PM, at Salle Concillon, Salle des fêtes, 2 rue Concillon, 42510 Balbigny.
  • On November 10, 2026 at 7:00 PM, at Salle des fêtes, 41 rue de la Salle des fêtes, 42210 Bellegarde-en-Forez.
  • On November 30, 2026 at 7:00 PM, at Salle des Fêtes de Cleppé, 3 Rue des Comtes du Forez, 42110 Cleppé.
These meetings will provide an opportunity to present the PLUi process and the key elements of the diagnosis around themes such as housing, transportation, economy, tourism, agriculture, environment, facilities, and quality of life. Participants will also be able to ask questions and share their concerns for the future of the territory.
