Since October 5th, Bellegarde-en-Forez has been equipped with the EBOO connected system at its helicopter landing pad, located on the football stadium, to enhance the speed and safety of emergency interventions.

The commune of Bellegarde-en-Forez has been using the connected EBOO system since October 5th. Installed at the helicopter landing zone on the town's football stadium, this system aims to facilitate and secure rescue team interventions.
In emergencies requiring the intervention of a helicopter from the SAMU, Sécurité civile, or Gendarmerie, every minute counts. EBOO allows crews to remotely access essential information about the landing zone, enabling them to prepare their intervention more quickly and safely.
Specifically, the device offers several features: it enables remote activation of the landing zone's lighting, provides local weather conditions (wind, temperature) via a camera, and offers precise details about the landing area, such as its dimensions and surface.
This system is already deployed in over 400 communes across France. The municipality of Bellegarde-en-Forez is pleased with the realization of this project for the safety of its residents. It also highlights the valuable collaboration with the company HIS-France and Mr. Fabrice JALLAMON-GRIVAZ, whose expertise was crucial to the project's success.
