The footbridge connecting the communes of Le Pont-de-Beauvoisin (Isère) and Le Pont-de-Beauvoisin (Savoie) has had its non-slip surface completely renovated to improve user safety.

The non-slip coating on the footbridge, which links the Champ de Mars and Place de la Liberté on the Savoie side, has been entirely renewed. After the removal of friable parts of the old coating, a new non-slip resin has been applied.
This project aims to enhance the safety and comfort of users of this vital link between the two territories. The work was financed jointly by the two communes: 60% covered by the municipality of Pont-de-Beauvoisin in Isère and 40% by the commune of Pont-de-Beauvoisin in Savoie.
