The University Grenoble Alpes (UGA) has received the Talents for the Planet 2026 Trophy in the 'Training' category, with a mention for 'professionalization'. This distinction rewards the training program 'Conducting an CSR approach in a work team', deployed since 2022 for managers and ecological transformation (TREC) referents at the institution.
This training aims to provide participants with a method to build, with their teams, an action plan adapted to their work group and activities, while ensuring its coherence with the institution's ecological transformation strategy. It bridges the challenges of ecological transformation and human resources, considering the support for changing staff practices as a key aspect of UGA's ecological transformation.
The program combines active conferences with collective intelligence workshops. Since its launch in 2022, 150 UGA staff members have benefited from this nearly 11-hour training. Initially intended for managerial staff, it was later opened to TREC referents.
For this fourth edition of the Talents for the Planet Trophies, 45 organizations submitted their applications. UGA was among the finalists in the 'Training – Professionalization' category, alongside other higher education institutions. This distinction recognizes the university's approach to progressively upskilling staff who contribute to driving ecological transformation.
