CMA Formation Bourgoin-Jallieu buzzed with the rhythm of WorldSkills 2026 on Monday, November 2, 2026, hosting two regional rounds of the competition. Young talents competed in pastry-confectionery and automotive painting.

For this 49th edition, competitors demonstrated their technical skills and creativity. In pastry-confectionery, participants had six hours to complete four practical tests themed "Bees, pillars of natural balance and biodiversity." Meanwhile, in the automotive painting workshops, candidates tackled three challenges: applying primer and basecoat, repairing a dent with blending and re-varnishing, and localized scratch repair on a bumper.
Professional juries evaluated the quality of work and technical mastery of the participants. Regional winners were awarded at the end of this intense day.

Congratulations to all candidates for their commitment, determination, and passion!

By hosting these events, CMA Formation Bourgoin-Jallieu reaffirms its commitment to young artisans. The CFA has been supporting new generations in their professional journeys for 50 years.
