The Vals du Dauphiné is launching the revision of its inter-municipal local urban planning documents (PLUi) to create a single document, the PLUi-H, which will also incorporate housing issues.

This new document, which will cover approximately ten years, will define the urban planning rules for the 36 municipalities within the inter-municipal territory. It will specify construction zones, methods for preserving agricultural and natural spaces, housing development, and how to accommodate economic activities. This PLUi-H will apply to everyone, both individuals and collectivités.
Aware that this major project cannot be built without resident participation, a consultation process is open throughout the initiative. It will include a traveling exhibition, an educational booklet, information stands, public meetings, and workshops. The goal is to allow everyone to express their views on their living environment before the project is finalized.
The first meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 6:30 PM, in SAINTE-BLANDINE. The public launch meeting will take place in the multipurpose hall, located at 16 chemin de l’Etang. The program includes a presentation of the process, the timeline, and a Q&A session for citizens.
