The transformation and development work on the former Demolis cheese factory will begin on Tuesday, October 27th. The estimated duration is 18 months.
Vehicle parking is now permanently prohibited on the Place des Enfants. Barriers will close off the construction site along the entire length of the square to clearly separate it from the Rue de la Voûte.
During the works, the Rue de la Voûte will maintain its current direction of traffic. Vehicle access will remain possible for residents, and pedestrian and bicycle circulation will be maintained. Construction trucks will be exceptionally authorized to use the Rue du Mont Baret against the usual traffic direction to access the site.
The Veyrier-du-Lac Town Hall thanks residents for their caution near the construction site and for their cooperation throughout the duration of the works.
