The objective of this call is to enable residents of Passy to benefit from a voluntary health mutual. To be eligible, candidates must prove their residency in the municipality.
The partnership will be formalized through an agreement between the selected candidate and the Municipality of Passy. This agreement will come into effect on January 1, 2027, for a period of three years.
In this system, the Municipality of Passy acts as an initiator and mediator, without being an insurer, subscriber, or funder. It will have no financial relationship with either the selected provider or the contracting users, positioning itself solely as an intermediary facilitator.
The selected candidate will contract directly with the interested residents of Passy for the mutual.
