Last weekend, Passy vibrated with transmission and sharing during the European Heritage Days. This event coincided with the celebrations of the 130th anniversary of the Chedde Factory, the 30th anniversary of the Mémoire de Chedde association, the launch of the DAHU project, and the opening of the new cultural season.
The program featured a multitude of events allowing the public to discover and appreciate a rich and varied heritage, from the ancient to the contemporary. Exhibitions, conferences, film screenings, meetings, guided walks, shows, openings of heritage sites, participatory workshops, and industrial site visits explored numerous themes: industrial heritage, archaeology, fine arts, heritage inventory, performing arts, natural heritage, and daily life.
The municipality extended its thanks to all the stakeholders who keep local history alive and transmit it with passion. Special thanks were given to the public for their presence, curiosity, and enthusiasm, highlighting the success of these days dedicated to promoting heritage, memory, arts, and culture.
