The Department of Haute-Savoie is launching a major survey on the travel habits of its residents, which will take place from September 8, 2026, to January 15, 2027.

This survey, organized every 10 years in partnership with the State and CEREMA, aims to better understand daily commutes, modes of transport used, and the needs and constraints encountered by Haute-Savoie residents. The results will be used to adapt the territory's mobility projects and develop solutions that best meet residents' expectations.
In total, 13,000 individuals have been randomly selected to participate in this study, regardless of their usual modes of transport. Participants will be contacted by phone to arrange an appointment. The interviews, lasting an average of 20 to 30 minutes, will take place on weekdays and Saturday mornings, excluding school holidays and public holidays.
The information collected will provide a precise overview of travel within the department. It will be a valuable aid in guiding future public policies on mobility, planning, and transport.
For any questions, you can contact the organization by email at emc.hautesavoie@alyce.fr or by phone at 04 84 51 29 10.
