The A40 motorway will experience night closures on September 28 and 29 between Sallanches, Cluses, and Scionzier for the replacement of illuminated information signs.

On the night of Tuesday, September 29, from 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM, the A40 will be closed in the direction of Geneva between exits Sallanches (n°20) and Cluses (n°19). This traffic interruption is to replace an illuminated information sign in Cluses. A diversion will be offered to drivers on the secondary network.
Similarly, on the night of Monday, September 28, from 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM, traffic will be interrupted on the A40 in the direction of Chamonix, between Scionzier (n°18) and Cluses (n°19). The objective is also the replacement of an illuminated information sign. Drivers will be asked to follow a diversion on secondary roads.
These temporary closures are intended to ensure the maintenance and modernization of the signaling equipment on the motorway.
