Haute-Savoie, in partnership with the State, has launched a large-scale survey on residents' travel habits, which will run until January 15, 2027.

A major mobility survey is underway in Haute-Savoie, initiated on September 8 and scheduled to conclude on January 15, 2027. This initiative, conducted in collaboration with the State and CEREMA, aims to better understand the travel habits and needs of the department's residents.
Conducted every ten years, this survey will help adjust mobility projects and propose new adapted solutions. Data collection and analysis are entrusted to ALYCE, a specialist company in this field.
A total of 73,000 residents of Haute-Savoie have been selected by random draw to participate. The interview will focus on daily travel habits, modes of transport used, and constraints encountered by participants and their household members.
Individuals contacted by phone will schedule an appointment for an interview lasting an average of 20 to 30 minutes. These interviews will take place on weekdays and Saturday mornings, excluding school holidays and public holidays.
The information gathered will be used to establish a comprehensive overview of travel habits in the department and will constitute essential data for guiding future public mobility policies.
