The National School for Mountain Sports (ENSM), through its mountaineering department, has formalized a new charter aimed at standardizing and securing the equipment of mountaineering routes in the Mont-Blanc massif.

The mountaineering department of the ENSA, responsible for guide training, has completed a charter project for the maintenance and equipping of climbing routes, access points, and descents in the Mont-Blanc massif. This initiative promotes cooperative management and standardized practices, emphasizing safety for practitioners.
This project benefited from the active contribution of renowned route setter Michel Piola, alongside Manuel Brissaud and members of the ENSA team. The official signing took place on September 14th at the school's documentation center.
The ENSA extends its sincere gratitude to all stakeholders involved in this crucial effort for the preservation and safety of mountain routes.
