Approved by deliberation on December 18, 2025, the PLUi-HMB has been enforceable for urban planning authorization requests such as building permits and prior declarations since March 12, 2026.
The application of the new urban planning rules since spring has allowed for in-depth analysis by technical services and applicants. In light of concrete projects, anomalies have been identified.
In order to refine the document and adapt it effectively, two procedures will be launched.
