Autumn will see the return of the 'Mois de la Rando' (Hiking Month) in the Gorges de la Loire region, building on the success of the first two editions. This third edition promises an even richer and more diverse program, inviting both young and old to explore the trails.
The program includes numerous opportunities to (re)discover the Gorges de la Loire through guided walks focusing on heritage, biodiversity, or local know-how. Popular events like Poti’Rando, the Marche Rose (Pink Walk), and the Rando de la Lentille (Lentil Hike) will be back.
This year, new additions will mark this third edition, including a 'rando-croquis' (sketching hike), a walk to discover street art proposed by the Tourist Office, and a geo-caching hike in the heart of the Usine Idéale.
For the more adventurous, an itinerant hike following the GR3 trail will be offered again. Over 3 days and 2 nights, participants will journey along the Loire River, with a visit to the Château d’Aurec to conclude the adventure.
