On National Resilience Day, schoolchildren were educated about risks. The Urban Community of Le Puy-en-Velay is now launching a survey for all residents to better anticipate floods.

Yesterday, during National Resilience Day, students learned about protective measures at the Resilience Village in Le Puy en Velay. This preparedness initiative concerns all age groups.
In light of risks, particularly the sudden floods that affected the Ponot basin last summer, the Urban Community of Le Puy-en-Velay is now seeking input from all residents. A survey has been launched to gather their perception of flood risk and their preparedness needs.
The community, responsible for aquatic environment management and flood prevention, is currently developing an Action Program for Flood Prevention (PAPI). The goal is to reduce risks and their consequences for inhabitants and property.
Citizen feedback is considered valuable for designing practical actions tailored to daily life. Whether you have experienced a flood or not, your opinion is important in defining useful information, support, and prevention measures for everyone.
Completing the survey takes only a few minutes. To participate, visit the community's website: https://www.agglo-lepuyenvelay.fr/inondations-enquete/. Your participation is greatly appreciated.
