From October 5th to 18th, Romans-sur-Isère is celebrating Mental Health Information Weeks (SISM) by using the arts as a bridge for expression and connection, with four events open to all.

On the occasion of the 37th edition of the Mental Health Information Weeks, the City of Romans and local mental health stakeholders are organizing a diverse program under the theme 'For our mental health, let's open ourselves to the arts'. The goal is to encourage expression and combat the stigma surrounding mental health disorders through artistic activities.
Several events are planned to allow everyone to express themselves and connect: readings, music, exhibitions, writing and collage workshops, quizzes, and information sessions.
The program notably includes:
- On Wednesday, October 7th, from 2 PM to 5 PM, at La Canopée, the creative workshop 'les ArTockés' will offer drawing, collage, collective mural painting, and T-shirt customization, with blind tests at 3 PM and 4:30 PM. Entry is free.
- Until October 16th, the MJC Robert-Martin will host the exhibition 'Art at the Zola Psychiatric Care Center: A Human Story'.
- On Wednesday, October 14th, from 9 AM to 12 PM, the youth drop-in center La Parenthèse (12 rue Guillaume) will hold an open house café, also with free entry.
- On Thursday, October 15th, from 10 AM to 4 PM, Place Ernest-Gailly will host the Psytruck, focusing on the theme 'Mental health disorders, I've got this!'.
A mental health playlist, provided by Psycom and accessible via QR code on the program, will complement these initiatives.
