By municipal decree dated September 15, 2025, the modification procedure n°2 of the PLU has been officially launched. This initiative specifically concerns zone 2AUi, whose opening to urbanization is planned to enlarge the existing economic activity zone of Grand Tilleul.
Following the decision of the environmental authority (MRAe), this modification is subject to an environmental assessment. Consequently, a public consultation phase is being organized to inform and gather citizens' feedback.
A detailed project presentation file will be made available to the public at the town hall and on the town's website. Residents can consult this file from Thursday, October 15 to Monday, November 16, inclusive. During this period, a register will be provided for recording observations. Citizens will also have the option to send their comments via email to: enquete-publique-plu@nyons.com.
