School dropout remains a major challenge in health and social care training. To support students, enhance their success, and facilitate access to these essential careers, the European Union is providing financial support through structuring programs, such as the ESF+ (European Social Fund +).
This funding, continuing previous efforts, will enable the implementation of training programs focused on dropout prevention and the securing of professional pathways. It also aims to support inclusion, improve the attractiveness of training and recruitment, and develop the digital and pedagogical skills of future professionals.
With this European support, the institution is strengthening the motivation, perseverance, and commitment of its future health professionals for 2026. The operation was co-financed with €74,472 by the European Union and the Auvergne Rhône Alpes region.
