From June to September 2026, the Valery-Larbaud Media Library in Vichy invites the public to enjoy a rich and varied summer program. These events, designed for all ages, will take place at the media library as well as in the city's parks, offering opportunities to experience culture outdoors throughout the summer.
For children and families, a full month will be dedicated to early childhood with activities such as crafts and workshops. Storytelling sessions, creative workshops, and a grand Escape Game are also planned to celebrate Christmas.
Fans of video games and pop culture can participate in Manga & BD contests. Additionally, the Larbaud Games Week in November will immerse visitors in the world of retro gaming with Sega arcade machines and tournaments.
The Culture, Music & Heritage segment will include Cafés Musicaux (Musical Cafes), conferences on local history or jazz, cinema screenings, and guided tours of the media library's behind-the-scenes areas and the Valery Larbaud Museum.
