As part of its senior policy, the City of Montluçon is seeking professionals to propose interventions at the Maison des Aînés. The goal is to create a rich and varied program for 2027, meeting the needs and expectations of seniors while upholding values of accessibility, quality, and ethics.
The interventions aim to promote residents' well-being, autonomy, social interaction, and participation. The city also seeks to develop lasting partnerships with professionals and local structures, ensuring adapted accessibility for all.
The sought-after themes cover a wide range of areas, including health and prevention (nutrition, sleep), physical health and activity (stress management, meditation), culture and arts (local history, visual arts, music, literature), leisure and social life (games, cultural outings, gardening), home safety and accessibility (ergonomic design, fall prevention, fire safety), cuisine and nutrition (nutritional workshops), support and assistance (family caregivers, support groups), environment and eco-activities (therapeutic gardens), and finance (budget management, social aid).
Application dossiers must include the presentation of the organization or provider, a detailed description of the proposed interventions (objectives, content, methods, duration), the target audience, the provisional schedule, budget and pricing, similar references and experiences, and evaluation methods.
The deadline for receiving applications is October 14, 2026. Submissions should be in PDF format and sent by mail to Maison des Aînés, 2 rue du Diénat, 03100 Montluçon, or by email to maison-des-aines@mairie-montlucon.fr. Selected candidates will be invited for a presentation and discussion phase in October-November.
