For four years, the Seniors' Charter, supported by MSA Auvergne and the Entr’Allier Besbre et Loire Community of Communes, has been working to strengthen the role of seniors and encourage their participation in local life.

The initiative is part of a global approach to healthy aging, aiming to strengthen social ties, value the experience and commitment of retirees, promote well-being and quality of life, and ensure the availability of local services while facilitating access to healthcare and information.
In practice, the Charter has led to numerous actions and meetings designed with residents, associations, and local partners, closely aligned with the realities and needs of the Entr’Allier Besbre et Loire territory.
Over four years, 56 actions have been implemented, reaching 14,517 beneficiaries. An action plan totaling €79,598.61 has been funded by MSA Auvergne, local partners (funding conferences, CARSAT, the Community of Communes), and ARSEPT.
These four years demonstrate that the Seniors' Charter has established itself, receiving positive feedback from partners and residents, and fostering an engaged partnership dynamic that aims to continue.
