The project for the simplified revision n°3 of the Intercommunal Local Urban Plan (PLUi) of Grand Lac, covering all municipalities within the former CALB territory, is particularly relevant for the towns of Aix-les-Bains, Bourdeau, Brison-Saint-Innocent, Drumettaz-Clarafond, Grésy-sur-Aix, Le Bourget-du-Lac, Le Montcel, Méry, Mouxy, Saint-Offenge, Tresserve, Trévignin, Viviers-du-Lac, and Voglans. Initially scheduled for early September 2026, the public inquiry has been postponed and will take place from Monday, October 5, 2026, at 8:30 AM to Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
During the inquiry period, it is possible to consult the documents and submit remarks. These can be submitted online via the dedicated website registre-dematerialise.fr/7410, or in paper format at the headquarters of Grand Lac and at the town halls of the concerned municipalities, including Aix-les-Bains (Urban Planning Service, 9 avenue Victoria), Brison-Saint-Innocent, Drumettaz-Clarafond, Grésy-sur-Aix, Le Bourget-du-Lac, Saint-Offenge, Tresserve, Trévignin, Viviers-du-Lac, and Voglans.
