The 2026 Employment & Business Week, organized by the USMB Business Club, will take place from November 16 to 19. This event aims to enable students to discover professions, prepare for their professional integration, meet future talents, and strengthen ties between the university and the socio-economic world. Over 2,500 students and more than 100 companies are expected.
Two major events are scheduled: the Business Village in Le Bourget-du-Lac (Halle Emile Allais) on Tuesday, November 17, and in Annecy-le-Vieux (Espace Rencontre) on Thursday, November 19, both from 9 am to 4 pm. These days will feature professional meetings, interview simulations, and professional photo shoots.
For students, the goal is to explore internship, work-study, or employment opportunities. For companies, it's a chance to present their activities, promote their professions, and recruit talents trained at USMB.
The program also includes preparation workshops such as "Coach & Moi!" on November 16 in Le Bourget-du-Lac and November 18 in Annecy. An entrepreneurship fair will be held in Bonneville on Wednesday, November 18, offering workshops and conferences on business creation and acquisition.
This year's theme, "Adapt, Innovate, Invest," echoes current transformations in the professional world, including evolving job roles, the development of artificial intelligence, and economic transitions.
