For the back-to-school season, Grand Chambéry's Synchro Mobilities network is launching new offers to encourage public transport use, including free trials and subscription discounts.

To facilitate commuting for workers in the Grand Chambéry area, the Synchro mobilités network is introducing attractive new offers for the back-to-school period. These initiatives aim to promote public transport usage and reduce reliance on private cars.
A key offer provides 21 consecutive days of free bus travel. This free service includes a complimentary Oùra card. To be eligible, individuals must work within the Grand Chambéry territory and have not held a monthly or annual pass in the past 12 months.
A 20% discount is also available on annual passes for employees whose companies are part of a Gold-level certified Employer Mobility Plan (PDMe). The annual pass price is reduced from €362 to €290. With a minimum 50% employer contribution, the actual cost for the employee drops to €145 per year, or less than €12 per month. Employees are encouraged to inquire with their human resources department.
Furthermore, the Chrono A line is increasing its frequency, with buses running every 6 to 15 minutes. Express services between the Gare (station) and Savoie Technolac are being implemented during peak hours to ease daily commutes.
To take advantage of these offers and find out more, interested individuals can visit the official website synchro.grandchambery.fr to submit their request online. Additional information on local mobility options is available on the municipality's website.
