The municipality of Saint-Romain-de-Popey is inviting the public to participate in the commemorative ceremony for November 11th, in homage to the soldiers who died for France and to all those who fought for our freedom.
This national day of remembrance brings us together around the values of memory, peace, and solidarity. It is also an opportunity to pass on to younger generations the memory of those who have marked our history.
The gathering is scheduled for Wednesday, November 11th at 11 AM, at Place du Popey in Saint-Romain-de-Popey.
Residents, elected officials, associations, veterans, and younger generations are invited to attend in large numbers to share this moment of solemn remembrance and memory. To remember is to keep alive the memory of those who gave their lives for France.
