The municipality favors projects related to press distribution, bookstores, stationery, and associated activities, while remaining open to other proposals that would enhance commercial appeal and local quality of life.
The premises offer a commercial area of 160 m², a vaulted cellar in the basement, and a 16-meter storefront with five display windows. It can be adapted to suit various projects.
Financial aid is available to support the installation and fitting out of the future business.
