The community hall in Manzat hosted a Rurality Job Dating event on Friday, October 9th, bringing together 22 companies and over 170 participants to foster professional integration.

The initiative, jointly organized by Combrailles, Sioule et Morge and France Travail Riom Saint-Éloy, is part of the national QPV & Rurality Days operation. Its aim is to promote professional integration in rural territories and priority neighborhoods.
Prior to the event, mediators from Nes & Cité engaged with local residents and structures on September 28th and 30th. This Job Dating event allowed participants to directly interact with employers, discover professions, and learn about recruitment opportunities.
At the opening, Sébastien Guillot, president of Combrailles, Sioule et Morge, Christophe Mondière, director of France Travail Riom Saint-Éloy, and José Da Silva, mayor of Manzat, highlighted the value of this partnership approach in connecting companies with candidates and facilitating access to employment in rural areas.
The community of communes was also represented with five stands: EHPAD, CIAS, Childhood-Youth, collective catering, and CSM Mobility, showcasing their professions and sustainable, inclusive mobility solutions.
