Prepared by Johanne Defay and Laurent Fiolet, employees of assemblia and professional lecturers for this cohort, the tour led them from Avenue de la République in Montferrand, through Estaing, and included a brief stop at the agency of Domia 63, the group's real estate cooperative.
The students discovered vastly different architectures and eras, from heritage built in the aftermath of World War II to very contemporary residences.
However, this morning was not limited to observing buildings! Construction, renovation, evolving living habits, local management, and residents' quality of life were among the topics that allowed them to better understand the diversity of social housing professions.
Assemblia wishes these students a wonderful academic year, full of discoveries and, we hope, future vocations in the housing sector.
